COVID-19

Safety protocols are in place for your safety and ours. At Neurochangers Rehabilitation, our priority is the welfare of our staff and clients. We closely monitor WHO and the Australian Department of Health for the latest COVID safe guidelines to minimise the risk of infection. We ensure COVID safe practices including sanitising, wearing masks and testing and ask of our clients to do the same. Please advise us if you are unwell or have tested positive to COVID-19 prior to your appointment.

Our Terms & Conditions

Neurochangers Rehabilitation commit to you (the client) 100% professional, respectful and ethical care, based on our clinical training and experience. We do not discriminate against on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, beliefs, sexual preference or health status.

Guided by the information provided by you, we will provide an expert physiotherapy examination to determine and formulate a specific program for you. It is your responsibility to follow this advice and together we aim to achieve improved results.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable to a third party. 24-48 hours notice is required for changes to your appointment to ensure another appointment can be made at no extra charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

Consent

You hereby request and give consent to Neurochangers Rehabilitation to perform all necessary examinations, manipulations, therapy, rehabilitation, and medical diagnostic procedures in accordance with their professional training and understanding of your injury. You accept any adverse risks associated with our treatment, including, and not limited to stiffness, soreness, soft tissue injury, neurological complications, cerebrovascular injuries, skin irritations, burns and other minor complications. We request any relevant referrals from other practitioners if appropriate to your treatment.

Charges

All fees are paid in full before, or at the time of consultation. We accept cash, EFT (bank transfer).

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and this information is only disclosed to other members of your medical team where necessary. We use SMS and/or email to inform you of your appointment.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained from your treatment/s.
