Malini is an experienced neurological physiotherapist with over eight years of clinical experience across community rehabilitation, private practice, aged care and specialised neurorehabilitation settings. Her practice is grounded in the principles of neuroplasticity, motor learning and functional recovery, with a strong commitment to helping people improve participation, independence, and confidence in everyday life.

She is known for her gentle, patient and highly personalised approach to therapy. Malini takes the time to understand each individual’s abilities, challenges and life goals, working collaboratively with clients, families and support teams to ensure therapy is meaningful, achievable and empowering.

Malini has completed all levels of the PD Warrior® professional training, and NeuroChangers Rehabilitation is a Licensed PD Warrior® Provider, offering high-effort neuroplasticity-based exercise programs specifically designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Her clinical philosophy is that movement is always possible, progress is always meaningful, and rehabilitation should always feel hopeful.

Outside of her professional role, Malini is deeply inspired by creativity and movement. She has a lifelong love for dance, which continues to influence her understanding of fluidity, rhythm and mindful body awareness. She enjoys music, reading, writing and travelling, all of which reflect her curiosity for people, cultures and stories. These passions shape her warm and holistic approach to care, reminding her that rehabilitation is not just about moving better, but also about living with purpose, joy and connection.

Trushant Pandya - Physiotherapist

Allied Health Assistant & Clinical Remedial Massage Therapist

Trushant has completed formal training as an Allied Health Assistant and holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He has worked across home-based care, community rehabilitation and clinical settings, supporting individuals with neurological, musculoskeletal and age-related conditions.

His work focuses on improving comfort, mobility and confidence through a combination of therapeutic massage, guided exercise and functional retraining. Trushant has a calm and encouraging approach, helping clients feel relaxed and supported while gradually building strength, balance and independence.

At NeuroChangers Rehabilitation, Trushant assists with:

  • Strength and conditioning programs
  • Falls and balance rehabilitation
  • Mobility and gait re-training
  • Hydrotherapy sessions and safe pool transfers
  • Posture and functional movement practice
  • Soft tissue release and pain-relief massage techniques

Trushant’s goal is to help clients feel at ease in their bodies so they can move with greater freedom and participate more actively in daily life. Clients appreciate his patience, steady support and positive attitude, which create an environment where progress feels achievable and meaningful.

Outside of his clinical work, Trushant enjoys playing cricket, which reflects his teamwork, focus and calm resilience. He loves cooking, especially experimenting with new flavours and preparing meals that bring people together. He also enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures and experiences. These interests shape his warm, grounded and person-centred approach to therapy, reminding him that rehabilitation should support both wellbeing and enjoyment of life.
